Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa, the guest accepts these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Policy

The rates shown are valid exclusively for the Leisure/FIT segment (individual customers) and are subject to hotel availability. They are not applicable to groups, meetings or congresses. The rates are valid for national and international markets.

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or advance payment. In the case of a credit card guarantee, payment will be made directly at the hotel, at check-in. For bookings with advance payment, the amounts paid are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations and No-Show

Free cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours before the arrival date.

Late check-out subject to hotel availability, to be confirmed on the day, under the following conditions:

• 24-hour reception
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
• Breakfast — children aged 3 to 12: 50% of the adult price; children aged 0 to 2: free
• Room service with set hours
• Daily housekeeping service, except when the guest displays the "Do not disturb" notice on the room door
• Cot available free of charge for children up to 2 years old, on advance request

5. Use of the Facilities

• The hotel has a non-smoking policy — smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
• The entry or presence of pets is not permitted
• The indoor pool is part of the Spa Water Circuit — children under 14 years old are not permitted
• The use of flip-flops and a swimming cap is mandatory in the Spa Water Circuit (these can be purchased on site)
• All spa treatments are subject to availability and prior booking. Access to the Spa has an additional cost

Applicable to guests aged 16 and over, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

8. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings on the premises, except when deposited in the safe available in the room or at reception.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or in cases of inappropriate behaviour by guests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Coimbra.
